The 2026 Cumberland & Robeson Counties Campaign begins October 1, 2026.
 
The mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is to make Christmas Day a time of Joy for children. The Marine Corps League Shawn Knisley Detachment 983 can complete that mission with the support of businesses, churches, townhouse complexes, and anyone willing to host a Marine Toys for Tots collection box.

The Marine Toys for Tots serves Cumberland and Robeson Counties. Toys and items collected in Cumberland and Robeson Counties remain in their respective communities and are distributed through the Sandhills Salvation Army, Robeson County Department of Social Services, and approved local nonprofit organizations. If you are interested in becoming a toy collection site please complete the online Toy Drop-Site application and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
 
During our 2025 Marine Toys for Tots campaign had over 200 TFT Collection Boxes placed in Cumberland and Robeson Counties, including high schools, colleges, government offices, and churches.  Several organizations held private events to receive gifts and toys for our children. We are looking for businesses, social and community groups, and churches to join us in the effort to have a successful 2026 Marine Toys for Tots Campaign. 

The Shawn Knisley Marine Corps League Detachment 983 extends sincere appreciation to the many businesses, groups, organizations, and individuals who generously donated their time, toys, and financial support for a very successful 2025 Marine Toys for Tots campaign. Please mark your calendar for October 1, 2026, to sign up as a Toys for Tots Drop Site for this year's campaign.

The Marine Toys for Tots DOES NOT gift toys directly to families. The Department of Social Services for Cumberland County Foster Care, Robeson Department of Social Services, and the Salvation Army Angel Tree Program will receive all toys donated to our Marine Toys for Tots 2026 Campaign. If you or someone you know would like to request toys; please get in touch with your local Social Services office or our office to find out more information for families during the holiday season.
